We are US licensed and all of our medications come entirely from US sources, so you can be sure that your online prescriptions are filled safely, accurately, and quickly. We have designed buying guides and other tools to help consumers make educated purchasing decisions. PhentermineUSdirect.com and its subsidiaries and affiliates ("we, us, our") want each visitor to the Site ("you") to have a safe, pleasurable visit, so we have established the following terms and conditions so that we (we and you) know what to expect from each other. Terms And Conditions
I understand and agree to the non-refundable processing fee of $9.95. The service charge and any shipping charges or return shipping costs are non-refundable (Including all refused and unaccepted packages). I understand and agree to allow PhentermineUSDirect.com to contact the physician with regard to a prescription request if the prescription being ordered is not of a Schedule III-V. Schedule III-V drug orders require the consumer or the physician to first send us the original prescription with verifiable prescribers information. For a list of Schedule III-V drugs we dispense please see the Schedule III-V Drugs link on the Customer Agreements section of the order form. Once the prescription is received for the Schedule III-V drug, we will then contact the physician to verify. If the physician does not approve my prescription within 3-5 business days, I understand that my order will be substituted with the #1 non- prescription product for weight loss, sleep, anxiety, and/or sexual enhancement. My charges in place of the prescription product will be adjusted to equal 30 day supply order $99.95 / 60 day supply order $139.95 / 90 day supply order $169.95. I understand and agree that products sold by PhentermineUSDirect.com and/or its affiliates are non-refundable. I understand that in the event a damaged product is received I will ship it back immediately for a replacement of the product, not a refund. I understand that in the event the information I submit cannot be verified, or is incomplete, I will be emailed (to the email address I provided on the order form) regarding this information and I will have 48 hours to correct or complete this information. If I do not provide the updated information within the agreed upon time frame my prescription will be denied and I will be provided with the non-prescription product as stated in these terms and conditions for weight loss, sleep, anxiety, and/or sexual enhancement products.

Special ordering procedures for Schedule III-V drugs

Federal and state laws regulate the distribution of all prescription medicines. The regulations are more stringent for Schedule III-V drugs. What does this mean for you?

* Our pharmacy is in New York state, therefore you cannot transfer a prescription for a Schedule III-V drug at all.

* We cannot accept a faxed prescription for a Schedule III-V drug. Original prescription is required with verifyable prescribers information. You or your prescriber must send in your prescription. Please send the prescription to our pharmacy at 1101 Brighton Beach Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11235.

* All prescription orders for Schedule III-V drugs will require an adult signature on delivery.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
To make purchases on the Site, you must have a physical shipping address in the United States. Our companys policy is to ship to the billing address of the credit card(where you receive your monthly statements) or to an alternate address that is listed with your credit card company.
